Yes, he is grateful that the woman, despite having nothing to do with him, sent him Christmas Gifts and took him in for better part of the summer. But he cannot understand why she mollycoddles him so. He is NOT her son. And she, in no way, is his lawful guardian. Yet he endures it all, not daring to risk his friendship with Ron. But one day she goes too far..... This will be a continuation of the breakfast scene at 12, Grimmauld Place when Molly berates Sirius. I have always wondered why Harry never put his foot down and told Molly to stop ridiculing his godfather. This is my take on Molly's unnecessary distrust of Sirius. This contains strong language.
