Freen stood at the door of their penthouse, her duffle bag slung over her shoulder, her breath unsteady. Two years. Exactly two years today-and she was home, earlier than she had promised. Her hand hovered, sweaty and trembling, ready to knock. She hadn't told her. "Freen?" She blinked. That familiar voice. She turned and there she was. Her wife. "Hey.." "H-how..?" Becky's words faltered, disbelief in her eyes. The bag immediately slipped from her hand as she rushed forward, her arms wrapping around her wife. "You're home," Becky whispered against her shoulder, voice breaking. "You came home." "Yeah," Freen breathed. "I am." "God! I missed you.." Becky murmured as she buried her head on her wife's neck. Bound by vows, torn by war. Hurriedly married, Freen and Becky never had the chance to explore together the life they just jumped off after a couple of days knowing each other. Just days after their vows, Freen had to go back overseas, leaving their marriage suspended in time. More than two years apart.. But Freen chose her wife this time over something that she had learned to live with.. But as they're going to begin to navigate the fragile complexities of marriage for the first time, duty still pulls them back into chaos. Will love be enough to survive what comes next? -- FreenBecky AU Marriage, War, Survival and Love Warning: I advise do not continue reading if you're not comfortable with a g!p story. For Public Prosecutor Becky Armstrong, that constant source of irritation comes in the form of a certain blonde rookie cop who seems to have made it her personal mission to push every single one of Becky's carefully maintained buttons. Officer Freen Sarocha Chakminha has this maddening habit of showing up in Becky's perfectly ordered world with that cocky grin, smart-mouthed comments, and a reckless streak that drives the by-the-book prosecutor absolutely crazy. At first, Becky tells herself she can't stand the newbie's attitude-the way Freen always seems to be testing boundaries, the way she never backs down from Becky's sharp remarks, and the way she keeps finding excuses to schedule unnecessary meetings at the prosecutor's office. It's infuriating, really, or at least that's what Becky keeps telling herself when her heart rate picks up every time that business card gets another call. But lately, something's been shifting in ways Becky doesn't want to examine too closely. When Freen doesn't show up for their scheduled appointments, Becky finds herself staring at the clock and wondering where the blonde troublemaker could be. And when those mischievous eyes meet hers across the courtroom or conference table, Becky starts to wonder if maybe-just maybe-this constant battle of wills isn't as unwelcome as she's been pretending. What happens when the prosecutor realizes that all this attention from her favorite pain-in-the-ass officer might be exactly what she's been craving all along? And what's she supposed to do when she starts feeling things that could get them both in serious professional trouble?

In the heart of Bangkok, where power is currency and secrets are more dangerous than bullets, two women are about to ignite a war of obsession, desire, and control. Freen Sarocha Chankimha, the icy CEO of Ninetytwo, built her empire with ruthless precision. On the surface, she's untouchable-feared by competitors, revered by her staff, and adored by the press. But beneath the polished exterior lies a secret she guards fiercely: the face of a woman she can't forget. A brief encounter at a gala months ago left Freen haunted by dark eyes, a scarred brow, and the scent of rain and roses. Since that night, she's searched in silence, consumed by an obsession she doesn't understand-and cannot escape. What Freen doesn't know is that she's already playing someone else's game. Becky Armstrong or known as Rebecca is no stranger to obsession. As the enigmatic leader of Thailand's most feared underground syndicate, she has built a legacy from shadows and blood. Cold, calculated, and always in control-until the night a stranger shielded her in the rain and then disappeared into the crowd. That woman was Freen. And Becky never let her go. Now, Freen's obsession has led her straight into Becky's sights. But Becky isn't ready to claim her prize-not yet. She wants to see how far Freen will indulge in hunger. How deep she'll let herself sink into the chase. Because Freen thinks she's chasing a ghost. But in truth? She's already been caught in the web made by HER.

Prologue Freen didn't expect the offer. Not from Becky. Not like this. She was halfway through folding her laundry when Becky, arms crossed and voice cool as ever, said, "You should move in." Freen blinked. "You mean... like, stay over more often?" Becky's gaze didn't waver. "No. I mean move in. Permanently. Your toothbrush. Your books. Your banana bread. All of it." Freen's heart stuttered. "Are you sure?" Becky stepped closer, her voice dropping to a whisper only Freen ever heard. "I'm cold to everyone else. But I want to wake up warm-with you." Later, as they packed boxes labeled Precious Cargo and Freen's Chaos, Becky cleared out her entire closet. Freen tried to protest. Becky kissed her forehead and said, "You don't get half of me. You get everything."

#BeckFreen #FreenBecky Growing up in the Chankimha household meant living under constant scrutiny. Comparisons were unavoidable, especially when you were just two years apart in age, like Freen and Becky. Freen was the perfect daughter. Disciplined, driven, and always at the top of her class, she wore her achievements like a badge of honor. Becky, on the other hand, was carefree, whimsical, and far too focused on enjoying life to care about grades or accolades. They were opposites in every way, and it didn't help that their parents, teachers, and even friends constantly put them on a pedestal side by side. It wasn't that they hated each other-no, hate was too strong a word. But love? Love was complicated. Their relationship teetered on the fine line between sibling rivalry and mutual resentment, both of them secretly wishing the other would just disappear. But fate had other plans. What started as a simple tutoring arrangement turned into something far more confusing-something dangerous. Something neither Freen nor Becky could ever explain, even to themselves. Because sisters don't look at each other that way. Do they? #BeckFreen #FreenBecky #Freensarocha #BeckyArmstrong
