Raised under the rigid rules of Vaidehi and Virendra Chaturvedi, she learned early that silence keeps peace... and obedience keeps respect. So when she becomes the wife of Abhimaan Roy Kapoor-a man the world admires-she steps into his life without questions. Because girls like her don't question. They adjust. At first, it feels like care. The way he decides for her. The way he watches her. The way he keeps her exactly where he wants her. But slowly... it begins to feel like something else. Her voice softens. Her choices disappear. And piece by piece, Radhika starts fading into a version of herself she doesn't recognize. In a house full of people, surrounded by names and relationships, she learns how loud silence can be. Because Abhimaan Roy Kapoor is not cruel. He's worse. He believes he's right. And when a man like that loves you... he doesn't break you all at once. He does it quietly. This is not a love story. This is the story of a woman who didn't realize she was losing herself- until there was almost nothing left to lose.

The story revolves around the Rathore family - a powerful and deeply orthodox household where patriarchy rules every corner of the mansion. The men in this family have grown up believing that dominance equals respect, and control is love. They don't know how to value a woman's voice, emotions, or choices. For them, women are meant to obey, not speak. Tradition is their excuse, and ego is their religion. The male leads are cold, aggressive, and emotionally unavailable. They carry the burden of their family legacy like a badge of honor, believing it's their right to command and their privilege to be obeyed. In this toxic environment, women are expected to be submissive, soft-spoken, and endlessly sacrificing. But what happens when the fire within these silent women finally dares to rise?

For my entire life, I wished and longed for love. My mother had told me that she loved me, that my husband would love me, and that my children would as well, but over the years I realized love is something much more complicated than that. Your family will not love you just because you are bound by blood. My mother cared for me, she made sure that I was raised well and married into a good family, but it wasn't the soul-clenching, heart-warming love I longed for. Even my husband would show me affection, when he held me in his arms and whispered sweet nothings in my ear when we were intimate. My children showed me respect and care, even in my last days, but I'm not sure that it was truly love. As a small girl, then later as a teenager than a woman, I craved love. I had never believed in something as abstract as fate, but I knew it was fate when I met Radha. In the films I watched growing up and as a woman as well, the hero and heroine loved each other so much that they believed they were soulmates. I never believed in soulmates either, especially after I married, but I knew that Radha was my soulmate all along. Not in a romantic sense - we were both very much attracted to men, and would fawn over them when we were younger. But Radha and I were friendship soulmates. I could feel it deep down inside of me - a mixture of protectiveness and such a deep love for Radha whenever I thought of her, and I knew that she felt the same for me. Even when we both became old and gray, our husbands and families gone, Radha and I's friendship prevailed.

Tracing her bangles up, he let the silence speak for itself for a while and then muttered, "Aapko choodiyan pasand hai?" He asked, pulling her body closer by her wrist, and now she stood almost between his legs. She was blushing, looking nervous and uneasy but he paid it no mind. "Ji, pasand hai." He hummed, nodding. "Agar mujhse ye toot gayi toh aapko acha nahi lagega na?" He murmured, lifting his other hand, puffing out another air of smoke.
