Ever since Ricky's Mother died, his Stepfather and Stepbrothers have treated him as a slave. When the Prince invites everyone in the land to a ball to find a potential wife or husband, Ricky is banned from going. With the help of his animal friends, he escapes his attic prison and gets to the ball. When the Prince sees him, both men are smitten. Just before the Prince can remove Ricky's mask and see his love, Ricky rushes off. Will the Prince see Ricky again? Will Ricky get his Prince?

Chris regrets that night. But he regrets the morning that follows even more. One mistake. He broke edge ONCE and look at where it landed him. He's surprised Ricky doesn't just leave.
