In this AU Deku was born very sick and also quirkless. Also because Deku's mom, Inko, wasn't very wealthy so she had to rely on Bakugo's family. It follows the story line but in a different way since he's very sick and can't go to school like the other kids. But he's still his cinnamon bun self.
