After the whole secrets incident, the crowd of nations decided then and there that they want to meet America's children. Of course, Russia and the other knowing nations allow it. But that's because they want them to know Alfred's homelife is not simply blissful Heaven, but also chaotic Hell. A selected bundle of nations is gathered after a mysterious letter involving America shows up at their door. Once they all arrived a light freezes time and they become trapped inside the frozen limbo they entered. On the table appears a book labeled "Alfred's Secrets" which naturally piqued their interest.
