Frisk gives chara half of her soul so chara could come back to life, everyone seemes happy for chara to come back even sans, chara felt so happy so she think to herself "Why should i be evil? Everyone very kind to me but genocide what i've payed them, I will change myself!" Chara was blamed by the people at snowdyn for killing dongo, but she knows it wasn't her, she tried to explain to everyone but no one listening to her, they said they saw her by themself killing dongo on the night.
