Shuichi Saihara solves cases together with his sister Kyoko Kirigiri. One day he comes across the phantom thief case. He and his sister accepted it, and have their first chase. And well..... let's just pretend that didn't end with Shuichi hanging upside down with a rope around his legs waiting for someone to find him and free him from the thiefs trap. After that fiasco Shuichi is determined to find out who the thief is and put him behind bars. He never would've guessed that this thief would end up stealing his heart. Shuichi Saihara is starting University and will share a dorm room with 3 other people: His best friend Kaito Momota, rich kid Rantaro Amami and Kokichi Ouma. Shuichi wants to focus on his study but Kokichi turns his head, will he take a chance on a relationship or try and resist?

Shuichi Saihara is a trainee detective. Kokichi Ouma is the notorious gang leader of D.I.C.E. When teenagers begin to get murdered in downtown Tokyo, and D.I.C.E is pinned with the blame, Shuichi's and Kokichi's paths cross to catch the true serial killer behind the gruesome murders and prove D.I.C.E's innocence.

OUMASAIII I ship this too much to NOT make a fan fic. Saihara has had his eye on Kokichi for a while ever since a recent robbery had a small link to the wealthy individual. Will he be able to learn more about this mysterious Kokichi Ouma?
