As they hid in ignorance, they didn't realize another threat lived within the walls. All (Y/n) (L/n) did was try to fit in with the ignorant, going as far as trying to hide her true self. But all her efforts became futile when she befriends the weirdos who were obsessed with going outside of the walls. When forced to protect her friends, will she use her demon abilities or will she continue hiding? ----- This is a Slow Burn Levi x Reader so it will take time to develop. This story will be a remake of The Demon Inside because I published it when I was really young and I wanted to remake it so it's possibly less cringey in writing. I'm also leaving the old one up because that's my baby. This is an eventual Levi x Reader story, but it's also a Ymir x Reader with minor interactions with other characters Hope everyone enjoys! Y/n's tragic past leads her to train herself using her father's old Survey Corps equipment, becoming a brilliant and independent soldier. She uses her abilities to ward off crime in her village, till the day that Shiganshina District is attacked. Y/n's village is so close to Shiganshina that she decides to use her abilities to help the regiments in evacuating Wall Maria, but when humanity's strongest soldier catches her and brings her to his fellow scouts wondering who she is and how she obtained 3DMG equipment, will they turn her over to the Military Police or believe her story and ask her to join the Survey Corps? (Please remember that Y/n is a character I have spent time giving a background and personality to, she isn't going to always be exactly like you, please be mindful before commenting hurtful things. Also in this story you will be 15-18 for the first bit of it so Levi's age will never be mentioned, leaving it up to you how old you are comfortable with him being. Nothing gets romantic till 18.)
