Unfortunately, you weren't very popular, and the small circle of "friends" you had was quickly brushed aside once you realized that you weren't going to be attending the same school. Embracing the idea of becoming a loner, the first few weeks without friends didn't seem all that bad. It isn't until you run into someone in a convenience store you realize that perhaps it was time for you to become sociable again - almost longing for human interaction once more, you played with a seemingly harmless situation. However, it doesn't take long for you to realize you've gotten yourself into something much more severe than a regular friendship. ... ... Emergence, or Metamorphosis if you prefer, has an incredible shock value, but that doesn't mean it's good. I spent a fair amount of time in Japan as a worker. The taboos found in this "hentai" really interested me to explore this twisted alt-Japan. Here's my take on this heart-breaking story since it seems (in my search anyway) there aren't many people willing to embrace the raw nature of this grotesque universe.

This story is inspired by the original NHS and fanfics like Summoning America by DrDoritosMD. It will feature similar plots to the OG NHS by Minorou and the fanfics by other creators I have the pleasure to read. With this as my first English fanfic novel, please don't be too harsh. We all have wondered what would happen if a GATE opened in the United States of America or Europe, but what would happen if it opened in Siberia, Russia, during 1 of the largest military exercises. The story is based in 2026, where there's a new Cold war brewing between China and the United States. With China colonizing multiple nations in Central Asia, Europe and even trying to destroy Russia's influence. What would happen when the rest of the world finds out about? will they all want access to the GATE, or will WW3 break out?
