B1 battle droids, also referred to as standard battle droids, were the most widely-used battle droids manufactured by Baktoid Combat Automata and Baktoid Armor Workshop and saw extensive service as the mainlines soldier of the Trade Federation's mechanized armies during the Clone Wars, where it served in the Separatist Droid Army of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
