The Grand Line, also known as the "pirate's Graveyard", is a sea with islands possessing a vast number of unpredictable phenomena that are not seen anywhere else in the world, many of which make sailing extremely difficult. Not only that, the only pirate to ever reach the end was Gol D. Roger who is referred to as the Pirate King, leaving all of his treasure in one place. As such this was soon called One Piece as Pirates from all over the world set sail for the Grand Line in search of this treasure in hopes of becoming the next Pirate King.
Some of the fruits in the world are known as Devil Fruits, as those who eat them gain unknown abilities while losing their ability to swim. They come in all shapes and colors while the questions behind them are still a mystery to this day. Various pirates have eaten them along with Marines as the battle between them still continues no matter where or when. As pirates, there will always be a bounty for them as the more famous and dangerous the pirate is the higher the bounty is.
On one of the many islands in the Grand Line, there is a certain beast that has been slaughtering both pirates and marines that have tried to take over the island. There have only been a select few that have ever managed to escape from the island but were utterly terrified to ever return. Hardly anyone knows what the beast actually is other than if there are thunder bugs around, then the monster is not that far behind. If there is one thing that everyone on the island can agree on, is that the monster is utterly terrifying.
One day, a pirate slowly approached the island in hopes of resupplying with a certain crew of unique personalities. On one of the cliffs overlooking the town, the monster sees the pirate ship approaching. He keeps his eyes on the ship before vanishing into the forest as the insects that were attached to it, slowly make their way to the town.
Will these pirates be slaughtered or will something different happens?
