This is set in modern day USA. The Vackers are wealthy because of their family company selling jewelry, and the Dizznees own a small antique shop. Somehow, despite Biana and Dex's drastically different personalities and lives, they cross paths and fall in love.

Raye is an orphan. Tristan is a prince. What happens when the water spirits bring them together? Will they manage to defeat the rebels in the earth dominion?
