I don't see you having any fun.❞ When asked to define insanity, a great majority of the Eichen House staff would direct the questioner to a petite brunette by the name of Lita Mitchell. In a building comprised of clinically insane people, too dangerous to roam freely within society, the self-proclaimed lost cause was highlighted like no other. A cold blooded killer like many others, her abnormality came in the form of her mind; her incapability to feel guilt of any form. Logically- she would be locked up in the closed unit, safe & sound in her own complimentary straight jacket. But within the illogical & frequently violent walls of Eichen House, everyone knew that wasn't about to happen any time soon. Crazy had yet to be proven contagious, therefore they saw no reason to isolate her- or prevent her from befriending their newest resident. An insomniac with terrifying hallucinations, he seemed innocent enough; surely no harm could result from allowing him to befriend the notorious Lita Mitchell. ❝Monsters can come in the most innocent faces❞ Solace Wendin had one goal, and that goal was to get through high school. The ever so 4 years that has said to prepare you for what life is going to throw at you, but as expected in the thought to be quiet town of Beacon Hills it won't go as planned. Solace Wendin had no association to the supernatural or the people who fight them off as their daily routine, she was just a fifteen year old girl who had an innocent heart. An innocent heart that Beacon Hill was set on to demolish; just because of a name, her name. When the name of Solace Wendin appeared in the dead pool everyone certainly though that it was a mistake because Solace Wendin is human. She's a human who now had to be scared of the people around her, the people who could just kill her for the selfishness of money, of greed. The teenage girl had no explanation towards why her name appeared in the kill list, in contrary to Liam Dunbar. A transfer student that soon became Scott McCall's first bitten beta; a werewolf with anger issues that made Solace Wendin sure that the only reason he came to her life was to set it up with disruptions and cause her mental angst. There was definitely tension between the two teenagers but they soon find themselves confining to each other as the supernatural world catches up to them. However there is still a question in everyone's mind, what makes the human that goes by the name of Solace Wendin so special that she's the top target in the dead pool, what makes her so special that she's worth the same amount as the true Alpha?
