Dr. Kenna James was held for over a year by Hydra; they were trying to turn her into a Winter Soldier but they ended up killing her instead. The after effects of the serum they gave her allowed her to be reborn with powers; control and create blue flames over her whole body. Will Kenna be the balancing elements and get the Avengers on the right path or will she cause a rift even bigger than what was in Civil War?
