Cipher is the "God" of the forest around Gravity Falls and it's his job to protect it and it's creatures. He does his job well until two young twins wonder into him home. Till a few days later Bill finds he's missing his journal, where he logs all his creatures and their actions. Panicked and pissed he reaches his whole forest and the whole town.
