Calcutta, India. 1899 Being a woman in this age means being tied under the shackles created by the British and an equally orthodox society. Headstrong and outgoing, Anvesha doesn't care what people think about her. She is not one of those women who stay in their homes and pop children for their husbands. She is determined to pry her freedom. Alexander Stewart is a "childishly" arrogant man of eighteen. His journey to life begins when he comes to India with his two best friends, Matthew Hemmings and Jordan Wedlock. The day he crosses paths with the fierce looking Indian woman, he's sure that coming to India was the worst of his decisions. But will time change his mind? A feeling other than hatred; would something develop? (Descriptions would really be the death of me. Don't be disappointed, give this book a chance ^_^ ) ... A/N: Please note that:- • I do not own the pictures in the cover, I found them on google. Enjoy! #1 IN HISTORICAL FICTION! #1 IN TEENAGER! © 2015 Bhavini Sharma All Rights Reserved

(Not mine.) Book 1 of Sherlock Holmes A Study in Scarlet Written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Synopsis Dr John H. Watson meets the great detective Sherlock Holmes and together they solve a case of murder, in which Watson is amazed at Holmes' "science of deduction". The novel is split into two quite separate halves. The first is titled "Being a Reprint from the Reminiscences of John Watson, M.D., Late of the Army Medical Department". This part is told in first person by Sherlock Holmes' friend Dr Watson, and describes his introduction in 1881 to Holmes through a mutual friend and the first mystery in which he followed Holmes' investigations. The mystery revolves around a corpse found at a derelict house in Brixton, London with the word "RACHE" scrawled in blood on the wall beside the body.

Damien Arden is a failed artist who sells his work in the city's promenade market. From his stand, he can see the beach where a young dancer comes every afternoon to practice- for months now. The two have only communicated through their work, and hardly through speech. But one night after Damien meets with a fatal accident, there is only one painting that will save him, that only the dancer can recognise after months of observation. A coming of age story about loss, friendship and the true beauty of two artists communicating in their own languages of passion which turns into a relationship with profundity. [01/07/2021] - [13/04/2023] "You can't keep going around like a fucking maniac and treating me like shit. That isn't how relationships work," Sophia's voice was havoc as she verbalized her emotions. "That isn't how we work..." Tired, vulnerable and agitated at not only him, but herself. How could she let herself get this far, in such little time? He looked down, ashamed, not wanting to respond. His heart felt like it was beating faster than it should've. "I forgot how it felt to love you." As soon as those words were uttered from Sophia's lips, his world broke apart. Gone, in just a matter of seconds. - - - When Sophia Adam moves to a new town, she wishes nothing more than a boring, new life, to separate herself from her past. Moving meant completing university and getting a clerkship with a judge. Moving meant making refreshing new friends, and meeting a mysterious guy that seems hell-bent on getting to know her. To Sophia, moving to a new town was everything she imagined and more. She just didn't expect her past to follow.

Rei, a former samurai lieutenant is reincarnated into the body of an 8 year old, who happens to be the main villainess in a romance novel for foreign girls. A villainess destined to be executed by her fiancé the crown prince for cruelty towards the heroine of the novel. To avoid being executed she must to make allies among her enemies, get out of the heroine's way, and untangle herself from the poisonous intrigue of court the best she can in the role of a future courtier. However, the vaguely described backdrop said nothing about the conflicts building beyond the heroine's understanding, or that women weren't allowed on the battlefield. I am honestly left speechless. I am very touched and honored by all the attention, by all the sweet, beautiful and fun comments I've received over the last month, it's been truly amazing. To those who already enjoy it, I hope you will continue to do so. To those who decide to pick it up, I hope you have as much fun with it as I did!
