Before Captain America/Steve Rogers went into the ice on April of 1945, Peggy and him met up in his hotel room and later accidentally slept with each other. Little did they know, they conceived a baby. Peggy gave birth to Jocelyn Carter without the father knowing he had a daughter or being there at all. Eight years later, Jocelyn was captured by Hydra and turned into an experiment. For years, Jocelyn has been kept by Hydra, being a victim of abuse and frozen in a cryostasis chamber like the Winter Soldier. Until one day the Sokovia base which Jocelyn held in 2014 to 2015, was attacked by the Avengers. I don't own any MCU or MARVEL characters. Only the OCs.
