Attendance keeps falling, but Dr. Nueral's debt continues to grow. Attempt after attmpt to revitalize his aquarium has failed, and now his sister is urging him to sell his aquarium. Just as he is about to contemplate on giving up his dream his employee takes the initiative to suggest his own idea for an exhibit.
