Draco Malfoy is up to something, I swear. Why can no one see, I know him better than anyone, why won't anybody trust my hunch? The "Boy Who Lived" is after me, but he's wrong as usual. I don't like what's going on either, but he can't know that, he'd think I'm weak. It sucks being the Chosen One. "You know what I think?" Harry leaned across the table. "I think you're afraid. You don't take risks like us Gryffindors." He scoffed. "Please, you Gryffindors are all wand-waving and no spell." Harry grinned, settling back into his seat. "Not me. I always follow through." "Prove it." Harry stood up and walked around the table. He leaned over Draco, one hand no his chair and the other on the table. Their faces were a mere inch apart, so close that Draco could see flecks of brown in his emerald eyes. "I don't see any follow-through," Draco taunted. And then Harry kissed him. Harry's hands fell to his shoulders so quickly that Draco teetered on his seat. Draco reached up and grabbed Harry's shirt in an attempt to catch his balance which resulted in the two boys falling to the ground with Harry on top. Harry's cheeks were red with embarrassment as he tried to get up. All he managed to do was knee Draco in the leg. Draco put his hands on Harry's hips. "Stop. Let me." In one fluid motion, Draco flipped them around so he was kneeling above Harry. "And for future reference," Draco smirked, bringing his lips down to brush against his. "I'm always on top."

Harry decides to prank Draco after a game of Quidditch. Desiring for Draco to go mad, he waits for him in an empty classroom. However, as soon as he realizes Draco wants to vent his anger in different way, he appears to be rather withdrawn and insecure - despite the fact he highly likes it. Does this mean Draco has more guts than Harry, after all? They decide to create a distance between them. After not seeing each other for months, they meet by utter chance. They are tensed, confused, and ready for a fall now school starts again. How will they manage, now shadows are trailing behind them? Draco, obnoxious and knocked with daddy issues. Harry, now insecure and put on edge - knowing he's the chosen one. EDIT: The first few chapters were written when I was around the age of 13. My English has developed over time. After the Battle of Hogwarts, all students were asked to return to repeat their year for a proper education, much unlike what they received the previous year with Death Eaters as professors. After Draco helps Harry calm down after a panic attack, they quickly learn that mental and physical changes (such as Draco's dyed blue hair) were not the only changes that took place, but emotional ones as well.
