Dipper offers to join Bill in the second dimension as long as Bill doesn't harm the people Dipper loves. Will Bill keeps his word? He knew when he turned eighteen he would finally meet his mate. He didn't know who he was yet but he knew he would come on his eighteen birthday and he couldn't wait. He just wanted to love his mate.
