Granted, the apartment seems to span an inordinately large amount of space, and is the only one populated in the entire complex. Granted, her boyfriend's an ass, and a poorly developed one by way of character at that. Also, super-powers. So she takes most things in her stride, mixes up the bad and the good and finds ways to laugh at things that shouldn't be funny. Her range of what is weird and what is not operates at a much higher frequency than normal- no, for that implies she is abnormal- ordinary people's do. But still, she reflects, juggling coffee and a job, there is something mysteriously intriguing about that homeless guy by the side of the road. The one who'd shrunk away in fear from her when the most heinous of crimes she had committed against him was sparing him some change. Which is her reason for befriending this random stranger, as one does. A strange feeling- a compulsion, almost (Oh, Odin, Odin, Odin)- takes hold of her, and suddenly 'mi casa es tu casa', despite him warning her that he might be a murderer. She laughs this off as friendly banter, ignoring the subtle warnings that hint towards something being slightly off about this man. But not a murderer, surely? In fact, he could be classified as a serial killer, being Loki and all that. The one and only Loki, Norse god of mischief, lies, trickery and deceit. Oh, and of course, chaos- the man who brought New York to its knees- and all that shiz. But how is Kenna to know that? Really, she should have known better.

Brooklyn Kelly or Brooke for short is a part of the Talkeetna Shifter Clan in Alaska because she is a shifter. She can shift into a Snow Leopard that is rather feral in character meaning the Brooklyn has little to no control over whatever her Leopard does meaning that not many people would see her as a good mate. As such Brooklyn has pretty much given up on ever finding her true mate because she wouldn't be able to accept him as her mate because of her Snow Leopard. What really annoys her though is that the way her Snow Leopard is now wasn't caused by her genetics it was caused by her rubbish upbringing along with her two sibling's upbringing. When Loki the God of Mischief is quite literally dumped onto the clan's doorstep Brooklyn begins to feel things that she wouldn't have even thought she could feel and the same goes for her Snow Leopard. Well at first Brooklyn ignores Loki pretty much and argues with him to no end but as time goes on and they begin to become friends Brooklyn soon realises that her feelings for Loki are set deep within herself. But when S.H.I.E.L.D finds out that Loki is in Alaska and has been accepted into the clan all hell basically breaks loose with Nick Fury sending the Avengers to retrieve Loki. But when Brooklyn also gets caught up in the cross fire and is taken back to S.H.I.E.L.D her Leopard turns rouge and Brooklyn looses all control and she can't even shift back. Nick Fury eventually agrees to let Loki in with the already rouge Snow Leopard only to see if she can be calmed down. What will happen to Brooklyn? Will she calm down? This is my Loki X Reader Series. This is the one series that I am known for and a lot of people seem to like it.
