Kanao viene de una familia de clase alta, esta esta conformada por el padre un alfa serio y tradicional que siempre llena a su familia de amor y lujos; la madre quien es una hermosa omega cariñosa, con una actitud un poco duro cuando la hacen enojar, pero siempre da amor y cariño a sus tres hijas Kanae, Shinobu y claramente Kanao.
