That all changes when he meets the brooding, mysterious Derek Hale who has ties to supernatural Native American folklore. As the two grow close, they must stop a menacing evil stalking the town of Beacon Hills, led by a sinister Alpha named Scott McCall and his pack.

It all starts with tall, dark and handsome with his dangerous eyes telling Stiles and Scott they're on private property. It doesn't take long for almost tall, fair-skinned and sarcastic to begin to fall for the brooding werewolf named Derek Hale. They seem to drive each other crazy- but what if it's more than that? The Nogitsune may be gone, but the memories of what he's done is still very much here. Stiles is struggling to keep himself from going over the edge, unable to sleep or function properly. Panic attacks are a regular thing and all he's doing is worrying his dad. Opening up and talking could help, probably would help. He know this. But his best friends are still getting over a devastating loss, his dad is stress and exhausted from extra hours at work, and maybe Stiles feels like he deserves to suffer a little. Except, there's a certain wolf who thinks other wise. A wolf who, as it turns out, makes an exceptional therapy dog.

in this story Derek's family are still alive, so is stiles mum, scott had been bitten by a rogue alpha and derek has been secretly helping them try and capture this alpha thats beens causing havoc in their little town of beacon hills after finding the 2 in the beacon hills preserve the day after scott was bitten, in retern of helping derek find the alpha derek was helping scott with his shifting. Derek is also a new teacher at the school, and for some reason he ends up likig this annoying kid that uses sarcasm and a baseball bat as his defence, and often finds himself protecting Stiles from most of the danger that is happening in beacon hills

Stiles Stilinski, a young 17 year old Werefox is being held prison by a group of hunters. He's been tortured for months and is just wishing for death. He knows nobody is looking for him. His family was killed right in front of him and the hunters are just killing him slowly. He knows he will die soon so he has given up with living, but what happens when he finds the strength in himself and escapes. He then meets a group of Werewolves and the Alpha turns out to be Stiles mate. Things in Bacon Hills start to change when there is a discovery of a body. Stiles and Scott thinks it's just another murder mystery but there are dark entities lurking through the shadows. Now Stiles best friend is a werewolf. If that wasn't enough trouble added unto his school life and lonely home life there's also Derek Hale. Derek is a werewolf also but he isn't really friendly. He's constantly taunting the boys and never really filling them in to the full picture. So how are they suppose to work with the guy to find this mysterious alpha?
