Ryuusei is more than a regular Dragon Emperor. Ryuusei is a special Dragon Emperor that is known as the Dual Dragonic God Emperor that surpasses any of the Past Dragon Emperors. Ryuusei is both the Transcendent and Primordial Dragon Emperor that outranks any Dragon Emperor. Ryuusei the first student of Antares the Dragon Monarch who taught Ryuusei from a young age on how to use his powers as a Dual Dragon Emperor.
