One day Gray decides to go on a quest solo and Mira takes this as a chance to matchmaker and lets Juvia go with him. Forcefully, he agrees. However, during the journey, Juvia gets critically injured and goes into a coma. Unfortunately, Gray doesn't really care because he knows that she will wake up soon. One day, to his surprise, he finds that he is able to see Juvia's "spirit". This makes him confident that she will wake up one day, but what if she doesn't? What will happen then? Will Juvia get out of her coma and go back to her body? Will Gray be able to say those 3 special words? Find out!

During a sleep over at Lucy's house with Levy and Juvia, her and Levy stumble across and old looking book with strange words. As Levy starts to decipher the book and reads the words out loud, something bad happens... will Levy and Lucy be able to fix their mistake before they become permanent?
