Her bravery and strength got her the title of "The Queen Of Queens", which also means that she rules the Flushing newsies, and for the sake of drama, all of Queens. Dixie Kelly is none other than Jack Kelly's younger sister. The other Newsies will describe her as kind-hearted, loving, mischievous, beautiful and smarter than her brother. Along with Davey and Jack, Dixie helps with the Newsies strike, Dixie is put to the test with friendship, loyalty, family and love. The king of Brooklyn catches her eye but Jack is determined to protect his little sister because everyone knows that Spot Conlon is trouble.

This is my story. Take it for what it is or don't. Why should I care? I should because most people think that this strike was unneeded and/or that we, Newsies, overreacted. This story starts a month or so before the strike. It's based on the movie where 15 year old Ashlyn Knight meets Spot Conlon after insulting him. Being a flirt, he invites her back to Brooklyn. What happens when two heart collide?
