In all of faction in Azur Lane only the Iron Blood dare to make a crazy experiment. The experiment is to make a kansen from a human body. It was a top secret experiment that they relocate to Tobruk to continue the experiment. The experiment have many fail attempt that they almost gave up until one of them succeed. The kansen that was originally a human was born and he will protect everything he love with iron and blood.
