Parker Phillips, he's the school 'loser', for every thing he does he fails at it. Genevive Jenice, she's the famous teenage celebrity who succeeds in every show she does. One day, Parker sees a TV show contest and begins to get attracted to one of the contestants and she was no other than Genevive. As he begins to idolize her more and more, he eventually decides to leave his miserable life back home and transfer to California Arts High School, where Genevive studies. However, Genevive attends an all-girls school and Parker must disguise himself as a girl to be with his one and only idol.
