Let's just say Katniss never volunteered for Prim, and Prim made it out alive. She's faced with more challenges, of course. The Third Quarter Quell is now here and Prim is thrown back in the games along with an unexpected volunteer. This is Prim's story, Catching Fire: Prim. This is a fan-fiction based on the novel "Catching Fire" by Suzanne Collins. *I do not own any rights to the characters, ideas, plot, dialogue, and whatsoever. All rights go to Suzanne Collins, the author of the original book, Catching Fire. This is just a fan-fiction of the book. If you haven't read the books (or watched the movies), this might be a bit hard to understand.* ©2015 illiterate-writer

After years of escalating political turmoil in the states the country finally split but not in the way one would expect. After years of right after right being taken away from the middle and lower class the president along with his equally uninventive and vindictive advisors split the country into 12 fenced in districts ringing a shining and lavish Capitol city. The districts were not The only thing stolen from The books that Suzanne Collins wrote. On June first of that year the very first reaping was held for the very first Hunger Games.

I was fifteen when my name was chosen at the reaping. Fifteen when I was forced to fight to the death in the Hunger Games. Only fifteen when I had to fight for everything I had ever known in the world. I was the intelligent tribute, the one who fought with strategy and intellect, a silent power I had always had ever since I could remember. I was too smart to die so young. I was the tribute that was too clever. COMPLETED ********** Author's Note Hi everyone! This is the story of Foxface, a silent, but strong, tribute of the 74th Hunger Games. The book takes the reader on Foxface's journey though the Capitol and the arena. I wrote this story because I have always thought that Foxface was an interesting character and wondered about what else she did in the Games besides what Katniss tells us in the book, so I decided to make it up how I imagined it myself. This is my first book, so please don't judge too much. I tried to write it to the best of ability, but that can only take me so far. Thank you so much for reading my Foxface fanfiction, and I hope you enjoy it as much I enjoyed writing it! Please note: This story is all true to the book with some things added from the movie. I did not add any random twists or change anything about the plot. I own nothing. This was all made possible by the Hunger Games written by the amazing writer Suzanne Collins.
