King Viserys realises the Targaryen bloodline was weak, there was only four remaining Targaryens left in Westeros, so in an attempt to fix this problem he married his younger brother Daemon to Alicent Hightower, he knew the prince would hate it but it knocked two other problems like two birds with a one stone as he would fix Daemon's rivalry to Otto Hightower but also keep Daemon married and away from Rhaenyra. Sadly for Alicent she'd be the one suffering the most from this sad marriage.

This story is not going to have the GoT characters watching the show. They are going to react to the fanfiction "Father of Dragons" by Naerys Blackfyre (and yes they gave me permission to write this) because that fanfiction is in my opinion better than the show.
