*WARNING: RATED MATURE DUE TO LANGUAGE/SEXUAL CONTENT. READERS MUST BE 17+* *CANNOT be read without reading prior novels in series* Wolfe Emerson is notorious for two things: being an absolute beast in a boxing ring and being a voluntary mute. His story remains unspoken and he prefers to live his life in silence. That is, until, his world is turned upside down when he meets someone who is louder than life. The complete opposite of him with her outspoken personality, Wolfe can't decide if this woman gets on his nerves or makes him feel things he's never felt before. The scariest part? For the first time in his life, he wants someone to know who he truly is and see him. Hear him. But will he be able to fight for her in silence, or will he finally have to speak up? Melanie "Lenny" Parks is notorious for one thing: being a total badass. At least, that's what she wants everyone to think. Her past is a deeply buried secret and she's more than happy to mask her pain behind tough scowls and cold smirks. That is, until, she meets a man who literally bulldozes into her life. This beast of a man seems to have his eyes set on her and what she's clearly hiding from the rest of the world. The kicker of it all? He doesn't speak. Yet he makes her want to fill in the unspoken blanks between them and finally show someone the real her. But does she even know who the real her is anymore, or has she been silenced for good? NOW AVAILABLE ON AMAZON!!! 1st book in the Sternato Series (now called Captivation by Kate Taylor) It's a tale as old as time: a daughter paying for her father's sins. Mia Santoro has spent years distancing herself from her father's world-carving out a quiet life and atoning for the blood on her family's hands. But the mafia never really lets go. When her father is caught embezzling from the family, Mia is taken as collateral-dragged into the world of blood and betrayal she's spent her whole life avoiding. All she has is her unshakable compassion and a fierce determination to protect the people she loves. But nothing could prepare her for him-the man who pulled her into this life. Logan Sternato doesn't believe in mercy. He was raised to see love as a liability, emotion as weakness, and loyalty as a price paid in blood. When he takes Mia, he expects fear. Compliance. Obedience. Instead, he finds softness that disarms him-a quiet strength that unsettles him more than violence ever could. She makes him feel. And for a man like Logan, that's the most dangerous thing of all. Surviving the mafia is one thing. Surviving each other is another battle entirely. Briar Addison is a beautiful and intelligent young girl. She's always been told to act a certain way, as her parents are very rich and well known along the streets of London. Some call her spoilt, some say she has 'only child syndrome'. Some, even go as far as saying that she's insane. Briar has lived a comfortable and relaxed life, never living life on the edge; but always seems to be caught in the midst of trouble one way or another. Enter Everett Kaine, the university's well known 'psychopath'. He's - of course - a stereotypical bad boy, never doing what he's told, drinking and partying until the early hours of the morning, and living life on the edge. Everyone sees him as a psychopath. Everyone sees her as a spoilt little rich girl. But that's how society perceive them to be as individuals. How will they see them as a couple? Some may argue that Everett Kaine corrupted poor Briar Addison. Others claim that he set her free from life behind metaphorical bars. But, these sources are unknown. Who knows who's telling the real truth? Join the chaotic story of Briar and Everett, and make your own assumptions of who's telling the real truth. Disclaimer: this is a short story, so please don't be surprised at the fast (ish) pace of the storyline. : same universe as Social Casualty, but you don't need to read that first.

His faint laugh stopped me in my tracks, my body turning sightly to look at him again. "That was cute. Really, I loved it, but you know I can't just stay away." He said while using air quotations for the last part of his sentence. My narrowed eyes continued to shoot daggers at him, "and why is that, Grayson? Huh?" I asked in a mocking tone. He rubbed along his jaw while pulling in on his bottom lip, his head lightly shaking from side to side. "What?" I said louder, my patience long gone. "I live right next door," he deadpanned, "I'm not going anywhere. As far as I'm concerned we're gonna be seeing each other practically every day, so this whole thing about staying away just isn't going to work for you. I don't let things I love go so easily." A chill went down my spine as I watched him walk up the stairs of his porch, "sweet dreams, Cam." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Eighteen year old, Cameron Woods, is ready to start her senior year alongside her friends and boyfriend, Damon Valero. As summer comes to an end, Cameron prepares for the greatest year of her entire high school experience. Just a few days before school starts, Grayson Froyer and his family move in next door. However, somethings get taken too far, causing Cameron to rethink her new friendship with Grayson. "Please don't do this." I begged, as tears streamed down my face, making my mascara run. My eyes traveled from his face, that handsome boyish face, down to the floor. Down to the dead bodies. "Oh God," I choked, my life flashing before my eyes, as I felt his fingers slip from my shoulders down to the knife. He put it to my throat gently, so that he didn't cut it. Yet. "I'm sorry." He muttered. "Please...." I begged. "Please." His lips pressed against mine, and I shuddered against him. Dear God, Please don't let this happen. This is the story of how I met him. The story of how he stole my heart, just as carelessly as he stole peoples lives away from them. Maybe. Maybe not. When I think about it, I still smile. Even though I know the sad and terrible ending, I can't help but smile. He was my best friend. He was so loving. So caring. He taught me everything. But, he also destroyed everything. He was just like that. He was just the mass murder that loved me, and that's how I'll always remember him. I dare say, that's how I'll always cherish him.

She's a wild, free spirit who sees the good in everyone, and he's the hardened, bad-tempered loner who wants nothing to do with her-yet no matter how hard he tries to push her away, she's the one temptation he can't escape. *** He's never met someone with such a bubbly personality. Not to mention the wildness and odd phrases she says every five minutes. He hates it. He hates how he can't stay away from it. He hates what she does to him; it's not like him to chase after some girl. She gets under his skin like no other. She's never met someone with such a bad attitude. He's ill-mannered and menacing. The glare never seems to leave his face. Considering it all, she can't help but feel the attraction toward him. Dangerous attraction toward a seemingly dangerous man. Maybe it's the tattoos on his arm that gets her attention. Or maybe it's because she can tell there's hope for good under his rough exterior. And she's about to find it, whether he likes it or not. It's no secret that the two of them are complete and total opposites. *** "You like being called Sugar, don't you?" I tease, placing my toothbrush back after finishing. He does the same and gives me a side-eyed scowl. He grips my chin harshly and kisses me. My body temperature raises a good ten degrees and my right leg goes all wiggly. He pulls away. "You like it when I kiss you, don't you?" He teases the same way I did to him and I'm left blubbering. "I think both of our questions are rhetorical," I lower my voice up at him. His lip curls up into a smirk. *** #1 in Young Adult #9 in Badboy #1 in Cold #3 in Goodgirl #1 in Sweetheart #14 in Love *** *Warning* This story contains mature themes (language, scenes)
