For months, Jack has been condemned to the deep bayou country of Louisiana where his only form of transportation is by boat. Not long after living among mosquitoes, he discovers a beastly creature causing havoc in his own backyard when a local hunter discovers a dead body. While living in the bayou the teenager is in desperate search for answers of a mystery surrounding the Voodoo community he once called family. It is when a young woman appears at his doorstep the wheels to his mystery begin to turn.
