Taylor Parks used to have the perfect life. A loving family, good grades at school and, of course, lived next door to her best friends, the Lynches. After the Lynch clan left their hometown of Littleton, Colorado when she was 7, Taylor felt as if her whole world had come crashing down onto her. But, on the eve of her 17th birthday, Taylor makes a horrible discovery, which causes both her, her mother and her brother to escape their home and travel to LA, where they find a place to live in exactly the same neighbourhood as the Lynches.
