Hitoshi Shinso, a 22-year-old that lives alone in an apartment building with his cat, was diagnosed with insomnia. Given the medications from his doctor, he still could hardly ever sleep at night. So he often found himself wandering around the building at night or getting in his car to go for a drive or sometimes just sitting in his apartment listening to music and such. Denki Kaminari is a 21-year-old bartender that enjoys partying, going to clubs, staying up all night to play videogames, flirting with cute girls, and overall he just spends his whole life goofing off. These boys don't have a single clue about the others' existence, but what will happen when they meet, realizing they both live in the same apartment building? Will Shinso's life becomes any less boring, or will Kaminari finally learn how to turn shit down a notch?
