I ran. I ran as fast as I could and entered the first shithole I could find. I was delirious and tired, but I was free. I walked in taking no notice of anyone or anything, threw myself into the corner booth and as soon as I made contact with the chair I knew i wouldn't be awake for very long. Unfortunately i woke up to a not so gentle shake on my arm. Barely opening my eyes, all I could see were the five towering bodies all watching my tired body take up the whole seat. I forced a "what" out of my dry mouth and sat up, only when I opened my eyes did I take into account my surroundings. God help me.
