Hayden knew when she came out, eveything would change she didn't expect to be pinned against the wall with someone's lips on hers in a conversion camp -----------read description below ------------- This book contains scenes of sexual activity, homophobia and religious talks which may be triggering for some readers This book does not aim to make fun of anyone going through similar situations and we do not condone such acts. Conversion camps are a serious issue and it is disgraceful that many lgbt youths are put into them. We do not know much about conversion camps so we apologize if it offends any reader or goes too far with its context

-UNDER HEAVY EDITING- (BOOK #1 of the HS Series) I see him. I see him just across the hallways. Him clutching a poor innocent's shirt raising him up with his back against the lockers. And here I am watching. Holding my books and biting my lips out of nervousness. That's it. I walked up to them and I grabbed the rebel's hand that was still clutching the shirt. He looked at me with those raging eyes and said," Get lost Nerd" as he tries to get rid of me. "Leave him alone," barely a whisper "What did you say?" and he lets go of the kid and basically running off. "Stop being such a meany." He laughed and said, "Alright cutey pie." He started walking but I'm not leaving him without a warning. "If you bully someone again, I'll beat you up." He stopped walking and turned around stalking towards me. "Did you just threatened me?"

In the town of Harrison, Ohio, there were two schools; Harrison High School and Harris Academy. These two schools went above and beyond the rival quota. There had been many arrests on both sides and a lot of money had gone into fixing things that were broken as a consequence of the rivalry. Pools were emptied and refilled, football fields needed to be re-grassed, gyms had to be redone, and a whole lot more. These were some of the things that had been done to and by both schools. Going to school, into their senior years, were the two rival starting wide receivers: Justice Homer and Reed Archer. Justice Homer goes Harris Academy. He's your typical prep school student. He has good grades, a good family and well popular. He was well known throughout the town, mostly for his athletic abilities. He was pretty into the rivalry, but not in it enough to rationalize doing something illegal. Reed Archer goes to Harrison High School. He's the wide receiver of the football team and he is classified as a 'bad boy' at school, he can be known to drink a lot at parties but doesn't get into drugs. His home life is complicated. His parents don't love one another and instead hate each other's guts but refuse to get a divorce. Both are set in their ways and believe their way is the only way. They weren't rich, which is why Reed attends public school. He, too, was known throughout the town but more because of his parents. He is recognized for his athletic abilities but as an afterthought of his parents. These two boys were rivals. However, when they attend the same football camp during the summer, things begin to change between them. They were forced to room together, and you can't spend two months with someone and not have your relationship change. As this relations blossoms, the rivalry fades away and a new feeling begins to take over, one of love.
