This story is based on the Chinese TV Series The Untamed, which is based on the novel Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu. This story will follow The Untamed and continue from where the last episode of Special Edition ended. I finished watching The Untamed recently and haven't been able to move on. There are so many amazing characters I've gotten attached to. I wished some of the characters had happier endings. This is my way of making it happen.

Wei Wuxian was always different, for many reasons. He was the boy who lived on the streets, a underserving unruly brat in Madam Yu's and many others eyes. Most people ignored the signs till it became apparent Wei Ying had Narcolepsy. One day when Wei Wuxian was lively as ever, he was playing around with Jiang Cheng and his shijie Jiang Yanli. Wei Wuxian and them were having so much fun as Wei Wuxian chased Jiang Cheng around but the Jiang siblings both abruptly stopped laughing. Out of no where Wei Wuxian had collapsed, the only thing that had alerted them of it was the sound of his body hitting the ground. Jiang Cheng rushed to check his pulse as Jiang Yangli ran to get a doctor or her father. After that they didn't just look at him as the unruly brat, they looked at him like he there was something wrong with him. It only got worse after a certain 'incident' that truly showed Wei Wuxian how he was limited because he was different. Everyone looked at him like he was some ill and fragile thing that'd break from a little touch after that.

What if Wei Ying discovered his future even before he went to Gusu? Would he have fought to change it? Would his family and friends have supported him? Would his love have stood a chance? This is my first attempt of writing fanfiction. It is inspired from the book Mo Dao Zu Shi and the series The Untamed. The focus is on the characters and their feelings rather than the action. Though he tends to joke around alot and breaks rules, he is really smart and depressed. He had just transferred to Cloud Recesses, a very strict highschool for his senior year. Lan Wangji is a quiet and reserved guy who follows all rules and is a part of the student council at Cloud Recesses. He has an older brother named Lan Xichen who is very cheery and nice - complete opposites. He has the best grades at school and doesn't have that many friends. In fact, people avoid him for how strict he is, but Lan Zhan doesn't quite mind though it does get lonely. What happens when the careless Wei Wuxian breaks the rules and has to deal with the stuck up Lan Wangji? What happens when Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji get closer? What if Lan Wangji finds out about Wei Wuxian's sorrow and tries helping him, which then causes him to fall in love? As Lan Zhan slowly tries to understand his feelings, Wei Wuxian is running from his, afraid of being hurt again. How will their romance surface when both of them are opposites and run from their feelings? Will red and blue learn to mix? Many thought it was haunted for the strange music which would sometimes play from the river house. The only ones who went there were Madam Yu and Jiang Cheng. Wei WuXian was kept away from everyone. Hidden. Madam Yu and Jiang Cheng coming in once in a while. It was never good when they did. Kept weakened so that he could not escape, he was absolutely terrified of people. When the Lan Clan comes to investigate rumors of mistreatment of the Jiang clan, they were about to leave, having found nothing, when Lan Xichen stops them, suddenly, and orders them to cross the river. Panicked, Jiang Cheng and Madam Yu attack them, which only serves to raise their suspicion more. What they find will change the Jiang and Lan clan forever.
