Izuku Yagi was an outcast due to his quirkless nature. He was shunned and hated for something he couldn't control. In a last ditch effort he asked the number one hero if he could be a hero. Getting the same answer as everyone else he snapped and broke. Not feeling the need to live in a broken world he jumped off the building Allmight left him on. Allmight saw this and shook his head leaving. Izuku is stopped midair by something or rather someone. They stop him from dying and take him under their wing to train him to the hero he wants to be.

Her gaze rose upwards, meeting his and she hesitantly reached towards him, breath hitching when his hand clasped around hers, soft and strong and she knew her heart wanted to trust him- but then again, at the end of the day, promises were nothing more than empty words, weren't they?
