Nanako is now a freshman in Yasogami High, the same high school our old Protagonist, Yu Narukami had attended. During her time at highschool, she gets involved into state of time that revolves around ones' conscious and subconscious. After being released from prison, and being involved in previous super-natural events, Adachi and Teddie tags along with Nanako to discover the secrets behind this state of mind.
