It tells of a story of a guy named Chihiro Fujisaki who wants to "take off his panties" as a symbol of wanting "freedom"; wanting to not be bullied for being weak. Chihiro was always bullied for hanging out with girls all the time especially a girl named Chiaki Nanami and his scrawny body. Bullies bullied Chihiro for his weak and asthmatic body. As he ages up, Chihiro gets more friends and experienced more experiences. Chihiro then finds out he can code programs and it became his "ultimate talent" causing him to be enrolled in a special high school where no one knows him. Will Chihiro get rid of his weakness complex? What is his relationship with Chiaki Nanami? How will he change when he gets enrolled in the new high school?
