This is a rewrite of my Pregame SaiOuma fanfic! A few things are going to be changed/added so uhh...Yeah! Hope you enjoy :)

Kokichi Ouma, supreme leader of Russia, takes a small trip to meet up with the president of Japan, Kirumi Tojo. While there, he meets a homeless pretty boy on the streets who tried to steal his wallet. Instead of being a normal human and calling the police, Kokichi takes the boy back to mother Russia.

Kirigiri and Saihara are a detective duo looking for the culprit of most mysterious and impossible to solve case of the Phantom Thief, who seems to have taken special interest in Shuichi... • Around the same time these incidents take place, a certain suspicious and childish purple haired boy begins working in office with Shuichi and Kyoko... (None of the art is mine so credit to original owners. Also please note that this is mostly for fun so my writing might not be the best lol)
