After a hectic week full of exhibition matches and training, the two can finally relax. Not long, Ava started hearing weird voices along with her getting magical powers. She started acting differently after that happened. She was less focused on things and she often stayed quiet. Hop was the first to take notice of his best friend and rival's actions, so he asked her about it, but, Ava flinched every time he asked her about it, so instead of telling him, she would just change the topic or shove it off. Hop decides to ask Sonia, Leon, Marnie, Raihan, Melony, and Bede if they've noticed anything with her since they were the closest to Ava, but nothing. "Where the northwind meets the sea....."

Auradon Prep, school for royalty, is home to the sons and daughters of some famous fairy tale Princesses and Princes. Such as Prince Patton, the son of Snow White and head of the student council, and Prince Roman, son of Cinderella and captain of the jousting team. But what will happen when two sons of villainous royalty walk the halls of Auradon? Will they cause chaos? Or are they just misjudged? What truly makes a villain anyway?
