The Soviet Union won the Cold War due to a weak, passive policy of the United States of America. The US collapsed in the year 1991. Twenty-six years later, the Soviet Union is facing a three-sided Cold War with the newly-formed People's Republic of China and the remnants of NATO. To win, the Soviet army creates a top secret weapon that is supposed to prevent the destruction of the Union. However, what happens when a band of teenagers discover it?
