I even looked in the cabinet with all the supplies, although I don't know how she would have gotten in there. But I didn't see her anywhere. She meowed again, and I looked up. "How the heck did you get up there?" She was peering at me from the loft. "Come down Gucci...don't make me have to come up there and get you." She meowed, and then disappeared. "Damn cat..." I muttered, as I started up the ladder. "I should just leave you up here. You got yourself up, you should be able to get yourself down." I got to the top, stepping between the hay bales stacked on either side. There was a path left in the middle so I could get to them easily and throw down what I needed. I walked to the rear of the loft, looking for the cat, still not seeing her. "Gucci, if you don't come out now, I'm leaving you up here." I glanced to the left, and then the right. Something caught my eye, and I climbed up onto a bale to see what it was. "What the hell..." There was a red glove stuck to one of the bales.
