With Kokichi's tRuST iSsUeS (emo boi) her probably not risk getting so close to someone (even his beloved) So Shuichi would make the mOvEs (I only mention this because I said OumaSai and not SaiOuma, but it's nore SaiOuma.. if you go by that rule thingy) These oneshots might be out of character for them, only assuming they're either more or very comfortable with each other.
