He keeps in mind the same series of noises over and over, every day, just to get by and to convince himself that it wasn't just a dream. That it happened. That it was real. That he was real. For the past ten years he has been moving from place to place, with barely any interest to accommodate himself. That is until he reaches that town... and meets him. Voices, familiar and sweet, something both Troye and Connor are used to. Troye lives in Australia and has never thought it strange that he had made best friends with the voice inside his head. Until now the boy was just a fragment of his imagination, something to comfort himself in times of trouble. Connor lives in America and despite being the more cynical of the two also never found it weird that he had made a connection with the foreign boy in his head. But then when Connor and Troye meet for the first time on a family vacation they find out that maybe everything wasn't as simple as it seemed.
