He and his sister Willow have constantly been shielded from the Hunger Games and their parents' general past. But when he meets the man who was once in love with his mother and discovers more about his parents' past than ever, he uncovers a government plan to rekindle Snow's vicious games. But when a woman is found dead and the guilty party proves the most surprising of all, he must uncover the truth and save those he loves.

Katniss and Peeta are kidnapped and there's only one person who would do this, President Snow. They are thrown out to a place far away from Panem, a place they have never been in to. A place that's surrounded by a fence and the city is divided into 5 factions. Katniss and Peeta encounter two people dressed in black with guns and tattoos in their bodies. They are Tris and Tobias and Katniss will need their help to get back to Panem

What would happen if The Hunger Games never happened? Katniss and Peeta never got picked and all the people in the original hunger games were placed in high school. Well here ya go enjoy:-)
