This is another Quirk Izuku story to where he gets the ability to manipulate Electricity.

Izuku manifested his quirk late. He manifested it at the age of 15 while protecting a kid from Kacchan. This quirk is very powerful and allows him to create quirks. He can give quirks as well and keep them. He can also take quirks away.

Izuku finished cleaning up the beach in eight months instead of ten. After he gets One For All, a portal ingulfed him, when he can see again, he can see he is in a lab with people he doesn't know. No art that is portrayed in this is mine, I do not own My Hero Academia or Dragon Ball Super/Z.

Ochako Uraraka and Izuku Midoriya have always had feelings for each other, but they never wanted to admit it. There will be a little bit of TodoMomo, KamiJiro and KriMina in this story, but it's mostly IzuOcha WARNING: There will be a lot of fluff, but nothing serious. The most they will do is kiss each other in bed or make out but again, nothing serious.
