However, one day while playing video games in his yard, Kenma is approched by his new neighbor Kuroo Tetsuro. - Kuroo's always enjoyed making new friends and usually gets along with people quickly. When he heard his mother say that a boy around his age would be moving in next door he was excited of course. However, when he saw the small, pale boy Kuroo began to worry for his new friend.

Kenma is a figure skater and Kuroo plays hockey. When they (quite literally) bump into each other at the ice skating rink and become friends (and maybe more), what will happen?
